#211 – Wrestling saved Jay Jackson from a Near-Death Experience
ABOUT THIS EPISODE
Jay Jackson shares a story about how wrestling saved his life, unlike any life-saving story that you’ve heard before. I think you’ll be blown away by this episode. Jay Jackson is an educator, residing in California, and formerly wrestled and coached at Stanford. After wrestling, Jay developed a youth-based curriculum, teaching non-wrestlers skills to develop grit, confidence, and optimism, to name a few. Jay has also worked with Spartan Races and Beat the Streets San Francisco. Please enjoy!
