After getting his start at WVU, Mike was the director of strength and conditioning at Michigan before founding his own company – Barwis Performance Centers. He’s trained olympic athletes in 40+ sports and works with the Mets and Redwings. As you can guess, Mike got his start in wrestling and has trained wrestlers for 3 decades.  As you’ll see from this episode, Mike is one of the most positive and enthusiastic people you’ll ever meet.
