Cole Konrad was a 2x NCAA champion and 3x finalist for the Minnesota Gophers. In college, Cole had an epic rivalry with Steve Mocco which we cover in detail. After wrestling, Cole was Brock Lesnar’s main training partner and went on to capture the first Bellator Heavyweight Title. Cole retired from MMA with a 9-0 record. Enjoy!
